A hyena has been found dead in the Chyulu Hills. So far, we are not sure what lead to the death of this hyena. It was quite old when it was found, so hard to see what had caused its death. The photos of the dead hyena are a little gruesome so I will not post them here. Instead here is a photo of a lovely live spotted hyena for you.

It was impossible to see if the hyena had been attacked or whether it had died for some other reason, for example a disease. We hope to bring you news if we find out any more details.
